The Frosty Frights Kids’ Meal is essentially a regular Wendy’s Kids’ Meal with a Halloween twist. Along with the food, each meal comes with a collectible Frosty-themed toy, a sticker sheet, and a mini trading card.
For 2026, there are 12 toys to collect. The lineup includes six main characters:
- Numb Chuck
- Sir Choc-O-Lot
- E.A.T.
- Cold Foot
- Shiver Wing
- Taranchilla
Each character also has a Halloween-colored variant, bringing the total collection to 12. The toys are randomly packed, so ordering a Kids’ Meal doesn’t guarantee a particular character or color version.
There is also a little mystery surrounding a possible 13th Frosty Frights character. Sporked reports that Rewards members will have a chance to get the extra character through a special Rewards Drop in the Wendy’s app, although details have not all been revealed yet. And, naturally, there is a Jr. Frosty to finish the meal.
Although the meal is labeled as a Kids’ Meal, Wendy’s does not limit it strictly to children. That makes the collectible side of Frosty Frights a little different from a typical kids’ meal promotion, particularly for adults who enjoy seasonal collectibles.

At participating Wendy’s restaurants, the $1 coupon books include five coupons for free Jr. Frostys, along with a coupon offering a $1.99 Kids’ Meal with purchase. According to the reported details, 90 cents from each $1 Boo! Book benefits the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, which supports efforts to help children in foster care find permanent homes.
Boo! Books are already available at participating locations, while the Frosty Frights Kids’ Meal collection begins September 14.
