The Insomnia Cookies New Mars collaboration features three limited-edition Halloween desserts inspired by SNICKERS, TWIX, and M&M’S, with prices listed at $4 to $6.25 per item. The collection includes the Monster Mash Brookie, Betwixed cookie, and Snick-or-Treat cookie, and is scheduled to remain available through November 1, 2026, while supplies last.
What Is the Insomnia Cookies New Mars Collaboration?
Insomnia Cookies has partnered with Mars to introduce a Halloween dessert collection that combines bakery-style cookies with familiar chocolate candies. Instead of serving traditional candy bars on their own, the new menu incorporates them into cookies and a brownie-cookie dessert.
The collaboration brings together three recognizable Mars brands: SNICKERS, TWIX, and M&M’S. Each dessert has a different combination of chocolate, caramel, cookie, and candy ingredients, giving customers several flavor options to consider.
According to Bake Magazine, the collection is available at Insomnia Cookies locations nationwide for a limited time. Local availability may vary, so checking the current menu before ordering is a sensible step.

The collection includes two candy-inspired cookies and one brookie. The following prices appear on a third-party delivery menu and may differ by location, delivery platform, or applicable fees.
| Halloween treat | Listed price |
|---|---|
| Monster Mash Brookie | $6.25 |

These prices provide a useful starting point, but they should not be treated as guaranteed nationwide prices. Check the Insomnia Cookies menu for current ordering information. 1. Monster Mash Brookie — $6.25
The Monster Mash Brookie combines a brownie base with brown sugar cookie dough and pieces of SNICKERS, TWIX, and M&M’S. It brings together two familiar desserts in one treat, with additional candy mixed into the experience.
The brownie provides a rich chocolate foundation, while the cookie layer adds a sweeter, softer texture. SNICKERS contributes peanuts and caramel, TWIX adds its chocolate-and-cookie combination, and M&M’S brings candy-coated chocolate.
At the listed price of $6.25, this is the most expensive item in the three-treat collection. Its layered structure and multiple candy ingredients distinguish it from the two cookies.
2. Betwixed Cookie — $4.00
Betwixed takes a simpler approach, starting with a vanilla sugar cookie filled with caramel and topped with chopped TWIX pieces.
The vanilla cookie provides a sweet base, while the caramel filling adds a softer center. The TWIX topping contributes chocolate and crunchy cookie pieces, creating a combination inspired by the familiar candy bar.
With a listed price of $4.00, Betwixed is an option for people who prefer vanilla and caramel flavors over a heavily chocolate-based dessert. Its ingredient combination also gives it a different character from the Monster Mash Brookie.
3. Snick-or-Treat Cookie — $4.00
The Snick-or-Treat cookie features a dark chocolate base filled with chewy caramel bits, milk chocolate chunks, and SNICKERS pieces.
The ingredients create a richer chocolate profile, balanced by sweet caramel and the peanut, nougat, and chocolate flavors associated with SNICKERS. The added chocolate chunks provide another layer of texture.
Listed at $4.00, Snick-or-Treat costs less than the Monster Mash Brookie in the menu listing reviewed. It may appeal to customers who enjoy chocolate cookies with candy pieces rather than a brownie-and-cookie combination.

When Are the Halloween Cookies Available?
The Insomnia Cookies and Mars collection is scheduled to be available through November 1, 2026, while supplies last. Because this is a seasonal release, the treats may not remain on the menu after the promotional period ends.
Availability can differ between stores, and delivery listings may not always reflect every item offered at a particular bakery. Customers should check the official website or contact their nearest location to confirm stock and current prices.
What Makes This Collaboration Different?
The main distinction is the way familiar candy flavors are incorporated into different dessert formats. Monster Mash Brookie combines brownie and cookie layers, Betwixed focuses on vanilla and caramel, and Snick-or-Treat emphasizes dark chocolate and SNICKERS.
This variety gives the collection three distinct flavor profiles rather than simply repeating the same cookie with different toppings. It also connects the launch to Halloween, when chocolate candies and seasonal desserts are especially relevant.
However, the best choice ultimately depends on personal taste. People who enjoy layered chocolate desserts may prefer the brookie, while those who favor caramel or dark chocolate can consider the two cookies.
